These terms govern your use of the AE Threads website. By browsing it or signing up for notifications you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site currently introduces AE Threads and lets you join a list to be notified when Collection 001 opens. There is no checkout, no cart and no order processing. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell: item names, prices and quantities shown are indicative and may change without notice.

When we start selling, we will update these terms and add a refund and shipping policy before the first order is taken.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you are younger, use the site only with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement.

Give us a real email address that you control and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity from your address on the site, and for telling us if you no longer want to receive messages. Our handling of that address is described in the Privacy Policy.

Signing up reserves nothing. Runs are limited in quantity and open for a short window, so we cannot guarantee that anyone on the list will be able to buy. We may open, close or change a sign-up window at any time, and we may remove an address from the list where it is inappropriate to keep it.

You agree not to:

• submit other people’s email addresses, or submit in bulk;
• probe, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• copy, scrape or republish the site’s content or design without written permission;
• interfere with the site, its security, or other people’s use of it;
• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

We may limit or block access from an address or device that breaks these rules.

The AE name and mark, the 自動車愛好家 logotype, product designs, photography, illustrations and text on this site belong to AE Threads or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark and trade dress law and by international equivalents. You may browse and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt, print, resell or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AE Threads gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that messages will always be delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Threads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (currently nothing, because we do not yet sell). Some states do not allow some of these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

If you misuse the site or breach these terms and we are held liable or incur reasonable legal costs as a result, you agree to cover those costs.

We may change the site or these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows which version applies, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any claim that remains must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there. Either party may still bring a small-claims action where permitted.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failing to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
